Version 3.5.40 a release bug fixes

This release includes the following fixes:
 
1. Increased location accuracy when retrieving weather via city/state method when using the ‘Weather’ dropzone app.
 
2. Resolved issue where the date is sometimes wrong when using the ‘Digital’ view of the ‘Clock’ dropzone app.
 
3. Resolved issue where some non-recurring Group Schedules do not always display. This release will be deployed tonight Wednesday 8.29.18 at 11:59pm.
