What is a license?
A license provides you access to publish your content through one device or media player. A media player is a hardware device that distributes content to display(s). A Hypersign license provides you with a single device code for pairing our software to that device. A single license will enable you to pair it with one media player. Each Hypersign annual license includes everything listed above. Purchasing 5 licenses syncs with 5 media players, and so on. Each display usually requires a single media player.
What are the payment terms?
All subscription fees are to be paid annually, (unless specified otherwise). Subscription fees will be due in full within 30 days after the date of invoice. The first annual subscription fees will be invoiced promptly after the effective start date. Subsequent annual subscription fees will be invoiced at least 30 days prior to the anniversary of the subscription term, and are due in full no later than the anniversary of the subscription term.
What hardware do i have to purchase to use Hypersign?
You will need three basic pieces of equipment: an external media player, digital display, and a live wireless or wired data connection to the internet. You may need other hardware equipment depending on the size of your digital signage network or specific needs. For help choosing the right equipment, contact one of our Digital Signage Certified Experts, and they can help determine what works best for you.
How many licenses are required?
In order to have unique content on each display, one license and one player is required per display. If the same content is to be displayed on multiple displays, only one license and one player is required. However, additional hardware would be required to connect the displays. For videowalls, only one player and one license is required to configure images across the entire display.
How many users can I have?
Hypersign+ users can have an unlimited number of users within the account. Licenses are based per player and not per user.
Can different users have access to different things?
Yes. Each user can have different access and abilities for various user levels within the software, depending on administrative needs. You can easily change your user's permissions in the Account User Manager.
What equipment is needed?
There are only three components needed: a digital display with HDMI input, a media player, and a Hypersign+ license.
What payment methods do you accept?
